We’re making:
Turkish Köfte – hand mixed lamb and beef, seasoned to your liking with Turkish/Mid Eastern spices (choose boldly!). Bulgur filler folded in for texture. Skewered, browned, and finished in olive oil.
Served on:
A bed of romaine or mixed greens, with Roma tomatoes, cucumbers, and a side of Greek dressing (feta, olive oil, vinegar, spices).
Drinks:
Complimentary iced tea and filtered house water. Beer and wine available for purchase at restaurant prices (state law says no freebies).
What we’ll do:
Chop, mix, skewer, sauté, and laugh. We’ll cover knife skills, food safety, and whatever local gossip floats through the kitchen.
Bring:
An apron, a curious palate, and a friend. All skill levels welcome.
Price:
$65 per person. Cash preferred to avoid bank fees. Includes all ingredients and cooking gear.
