Join the Friends of the Rising Sun Inn for a holiday edition of our Tavern Talk & Tea Series, Colonial Maryland Holiday Traditions on Sunday, December 15, 2024, at 2PM at the Rising Sun Inn located at 1090 General’s Highway, Crownsville.

The Rising Sun Inn, with a history spanning four centuries, has witnessed both public and private Christmas celebrations from the colonial era through today. Learn about this historic Inn and the Christmas traditions of Maryland and the Chesapeake Bay region while enjoying a specially curated holiday afternoon tea menu.
