Get inked for a good cause! Madison Street Tattoo, 1012 Madison St., Alexandria, VA, is hosting a flash tattoo fundraiser benefiting the AWLA.They are donating ALL proceeds from the event to us in honor of our 80th anniversary.
The event starts at 11 a.m. and runs through 8 p.m. Tattoos are on a first-come, first-served basis. They will have up to 6 artists working around the clock, so the line will hopefully move quickly. However, please be prepared to wait as we can’t predict the demand.
You will have hundreds of flash tattoos to choose from, but you can also bring your own ready-to-go design (see below for some examples). Flash tattoos start at $150 and go up from there.
While you’re there, visit with AWLA adoptable animals (onsite from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.) and enjoy a day of community with friends, family, and businesses in the area.
Can’t get tattooed? No problem. You can still be a part of this event. Shop our wish list and bring in $25 worth of items on the list. You’ll get a $50 Madison Street gift card to be used later or gifted to another.
