Join us on Sunday, August 9 for an evening exploring over 100 years of tattooing in North Carolina through the stories of the artists, shops, and personalities who helped shape it.
Tattoo historian C.W. Eldridge will present Tattooing in North Carolina, followed by a screening of the 25-minute film The Legendary Tattoo Joe, presented by John Brehm of Yellow Rose Tattoo Club. The film celebrates the life of Tattoo Joe—sideshow performer, musician, and pioneering North Carolina tattoo artist.
Doors open at 5:00 PM
Presentations begins at 7:00 PM
Featuring pop-up shops from the BookMistress and the Tattoo Archive
Tickets: $15
All proceeds from ticket sales will be donated to Freedom German Shepherd Rescue.
