Tasty Reads Book Club & The Wild Ramp - Ten Tomatoes Talk & Tasting
About this Event
Join us for a special book club meeting where we'll be talking all things tomato: We'll have a Wild Ramp tomato grower, tomato expert Dr. Barbara Liedl of WV State University, and a cooking demo/tasting with fresh summer herbs and tomatoes from member Sharon Pressman!
Our book selection is Ten Tomatoes That Changed the World by William Alexander, a book that "seamlessly weaves travel, history, humor, and a little adventure (and misadventure) to follow the tomato's trail through history."
