Join us on July 21 at 6 pm for a special Tasty Reads event celebrating the tomato.
About this Event

Join us for a special book club meeting where we'll be talking all things tomato: We'll have a Wild Ramp tomato grower, tomato expert Dr. Barbara Liedl of WV State University, and a cooking demo/tasting with fresh summer herbs and tomatoes from member Sharon Pressman!

Our book selection is Ten Tomatoes That Changed the World by William Alexander, a book that "seamlessly weaves travel, history, humor, and a little adventure (and misadventure) to follow the tomato's trail through history."

This event is free and open to the public. You don't have to be a book club member, just a tomato fan, to attend this special meeting.

Meeting location: behind the Wild Ramp market at 555 14th Street W, Huntington. Bad weather location: Cicada Books at 604 14th Street W.

Sign up here so we'll have an accurate headcount.
