Join us for a sneak peek of Doghobble Wine Farm’s new tasting room “Trellis”! Take a glimpse behind the scenes of our progress to renovate our farmhouse into a rustic-modern tasting room and event space opening very soon!
We’ll celebrate by watching Chef Alejandro Montes-Granada of The Spaniard Paellas prepare his famous Paella Mixta using traditional methods and inspired presentation. Gather with new and old friends to discover Doghobble wines and the flavors that emerge when paired with this classic dish!
Ticket price includes:
Paella Mixta: Valencian rice, wild Gulf shrimp, clams or mussels, calamari, chicken, pork tenderloin, chorizo Riojano, extra virgin olive oil, saffron, pimentón de La Vera and sofrito.
Flan: Sweetened egg custard dessert topped with caramel.

Ticket is for one person. Guests must be 21+ to purchase and/or drink wine.
