An introductory understanding of the Burgundy value chain. This 2hr discussion will cover a basic breakdown of Burgundy's quality hierarchy. AND YES, WE'LL GET TO TASTE examples too (blind)!

Welcoming all comers looking to expand their tasting chops with a bit of thematic structure but very much a self-structuring event.

Participants in this progressive series will come away with the following:

1. An introductory analysis to tasting Red Burgundy vs Pinot Noir
2. An understanding of the basic consumer markets for Burgundy
3. An introduction to a focused region within Burgundy (ie: we're not expecting to taste every appellation in this course)
4. An expectation that you can survive picking a wine from any restaurant wine list
