Tasting Class: Sho Chiku Bai Sake

It's easy to enjoy drinking sake, but choosing and ordering can be daunting for first-timers. Sake has been around longer than many other traditions associated with Japan. The popularity of the drink spread around the world. Today, sake has become a staple across the West and enjoys growing recognition in America as an alternative to traditional wine and beer.
