Tasting Class: Finger Lakes Wines from Red Tail Ridge

The vision of Red Tail Ridge is to make beautiful, terroir-driven & varietally appropriate wines in a precise and responsible manner. Red Tail Ridge is known for innovative wines that show precision, varietal expression and terroir-driven character. Their aim is to be mindful of our environment, good caretakers of their vines, and provide beautiful Finger Lakes wines.

This class will be led by Kelsey Christophersen of Independence Wine & Spirits. Kelsey has been a Certified Sommelier in the Buffalo market for almost 10 years. Her career has consisted of Food & Wine and hospitality for the last 24 years. She works with Independence Wine & Spirits, a family-owned fine wine distribution company, and her passion is education in the beverage world.

Registration costs $10, but all attendees will receive a $10 voucher to use at the store the day of the event! Light snacks from Premier Gourmet will also be served, and attendees will receive some tasting notes on the items they're sampling.
