Each session focuses on practical culinary skills, flavor building, and approachable techniques that will help you cook confidently with seasonal produce.

Session 1: March 29th ~ First Flavors of Spring
Understanding the five tastes and building balanced flavor using fresh, local early-spring ingredients. Includes knife skill fundamentals and a simple vinaigrette technique.
Session 2: April 19th ~ Fresh Spring Greens
Exploring texture and balance while building a seasonal salad using fresh, local spring greens.
Session 3: May 17th ~ Elevating Flavor with Fresh Spring Herbs
Working with fresh, local herbs to build brightness and depth in simple, everyday meals.
About Your Instructor
Edesiagurl, is a local Chef, Farmer, and Farm to Table Educator dedicated to helping people reconnect with food through seasonal cooking and local agriculture. Through her work she teaches people how to grow, cook, and enjoy nourishing food rooted in local community, sustainability, and the joy of eating with the seasons.
