Join us on Tuesday, April 7th, for a very special classroom-style wine tasting with winemaker John Hamel of Hamel Family Wines.
With philosophies rooted in organic & biodynamic farmings, John leads a winemaking team that is focused on producing unique expressions of wine with a deep sense of place. John and his team apply a micro-terroir-based winegrowing approach in which the vineyard and winemaking practices are adapted specifically to the volcanic soils across Hamel’s vineyards.
As a family-owned and managed winery, the team at Hamel makes decisions that ensure the enduring quality, balance, and health of their vineyards for generations to come.

This event features a facilitated tasting from 5:30p - 6:30p. Wines will be accompanied by small bites, courtesy of The Apis culinary team. Seating is available by advanced ticket purchase only, and all sampled wines will be available for pre-order on the day of the event. Tax & Gratuity calculated at checkout.
