Taste the Farm at Bigham Knoll Campus
About this Event
Taste the Farm is a community-centered farmers market experience in Jacksonville, Oregon, bringing together local growers, educators, and regenerative food producers.
Guests can explore organic produce, medicinal herbs, microgreens, raw honey, farm-fresh eggs, handcrafted jams, mushrooms and grow kits, organic snacks, seasonal berries, specialty cheeses, and more — all while connecting directly with the people who grow and create them.
Featured vendors currently include Clover K Farm, Sol Revolution, Bill’s Freeze Dried Produce, MycoHill Mushrooms & Grow Kits, Artisan Farm Stand, Harvest Moon Acres, Sassy Not Sweet, Wild Garden Medicinal, Essence Valley Microgreens, Sweet Remedy Honey, and more. We are also working to welcome additional local artisan food and creamery vendors.
We also have two educators offering 45-minute expertise on farm related subjects. Check the Speakers Agenda for details.
Taste the Farm is more than a market — it’s a celebration of local agriculture, regenerative growing practices, community connection, and fresh seasonal food.
