Seattle, get ready for a taste of the tropics!

We’re excited to share that we, Sebastian Guerrero, of the Dominican Republic, and Davíd León Jr., of Puerto Rico, are teaming up with Josh Ibañez and Rumba to bring you an unforgettable Caribbean-inspired cocktail experience. Our mission is to celebrate the vibrant flavors, ingredients, and culture that make cocktails truly special. This collaboration with Rumba and Shaking The Tropics is something you won’t want to miss!

On October 27, we’ll dive deep into the world of the Piña Colada during an exciting Master Class. Join us as we explore the cocktail's origins and the rich stories behind the National Cocktail of Puerto Rico. You’ll even get to build your own Piña Colada! But the fun doesn’t stop there—right after the Master Class, we invite you to our lively Happy Hour pop-up! Enjoy a specially curated menu featuring Brugal, Don Q, and Ten To One rums, along with dancing, dominoes, and a whole lot of good vibes.

The Master Class kicks off at 3 PM and runs for about 75 to 90 minutes, so make sure to arrive on time! The Happy Hour will follow at 5 PM and wrap up by 7 PM. While the Master Class is limited to ticket holders, the Happy Hour is open to everyone. Don’t wait too long to join in—this is a one-night-only celebration, and those cocktails are sure to fly off the shelves!
