Join us for a 2-hour Portuguese-inspired culinary experience centered on bold coastal flavors. You’ll begin the class enjoying a green olive dip served with crispy milho frito (fried cornmeal) as an introduction to the cuisine. From there, you’ll learn to prepare and cook delicate sole served on arroz de marisco, exploring the fundamentals of seafood cookery and traditional Portuguese rice dishes. To finish the evening, you’ll take home a rosemary custard crafted in advance by our chef, Lauren Milne — a fragrant, elegant dessert to enjoy later.
