Taste of the Arts is back — and we couldn't be more excited to welcome you to our second season.
This beloved 6-night subscription series returns for 2026–27, once again bringing together two of life's greatest pleasures: outstanding live performance and exceptional dining. Each evening begins with a 3–4 course dinner at a carefully selected restaurant near our campus, giving you plenty of time to savor every course before the show begins.
From theater to dance, music to spectacle, every night out with Taste of the Arts is a little different — and that's exactly the point. Think of it as the best kind of sampler: new flavors, new stories, and great company.
We return to Segerstrom Hall for a delicious morsel in our Dance course: the Sleeping Beauty. With the superstar dancers of American Ballet Theatre, and our own Pacific Symphony performing live, this iconic tale of love triumphing over evil is everything we love about storybook ballet.
Hailed as one of the best seafood restaurants in Southern California, Water Grill is a timeless, iconic seafood destination to enjoy the first catch of the season and a deep variety of fish, lobsters, crabs, oysters and shellfish on a robust menu that changes daily. This grand and gorgeous 17,500-square-foot South Coast Plaza restaurant with the buzzy scene and some serious culinary chops is not to be missed.
