In this workshop I want to share all my love and adoration for Tantra. So if you are interested in what Tantra is, want to know more about it, feel the resonance and the “click” - come to my workshop and discover this magical path for yourself✨
✨We will start with some definitions of what Tantra is in its origins and how it has transformed in our modern life.
Slowly tuning into our body and our own energy we will explore the expansion and connection with something bigger than just body-mind structure. We will experience some basic Tantric practices and increase our awareness.
The main part of our journey will be the Tantric embodiment practice, which will allow you to feel the true taste of Tantra. And then, perhaps, you too will fall in love with this divine teaching🤍

✨About facilitator: my name is Natalie and I’m a certified Kundalini yoga teacher and Tantra facilitator. My individual spiritual path began 14 years ago with Kundalini practices: working with energy centres - chakras. Already as an experienced practitioner and later becoming a teacher of Kundalini Yoga, I became very interested in Tantra. Walking this path for more than 4 years now, I have discovered a lot of ultimate truths for myself. I connected with my body and energy in a very deep levels through some Tantric practices. I embraced self love and my sexu@lity. I embraced my shadow and dark femininity. I became more happy, free and visible to the World.
Now I want to share my Universe of realisations, insights and love with others 🙏🏼🤍
