Taste of South America: A Pairing Dinner

This special four-course pairing dinner highlights vibrant flavors from Peru, Argentina, Chile, and Colombia, each course thoughtfully paired with wines that showcase the region’s unique character.

The evening begins with a Tropical Pisco Spritz welcome cocktail and fresh bread with chimichurri butter, setting the tone for a menu inspired by some of the continent’s most beloved dishes.
