Kana Aoyama is a dedicated SSA (Sake Sommelier Association) Sake educator based in Melbourne.

As a certified sake sommelier, she has a deep passion for pairing sake with various types of cuisine. She delights in exploring new and exciting flavors and experiences through sake. 

Her mission revolves around sharing these discoveries with customers, helping them create meaningful memories through this unique beverage.

Kana is devoted to guiding people as they journey into the world of sake, assisting them in finding the ideal pairings for their meals.
