Celebrate the refinishing of Hutcheson Hall with an evening designed to experience Happy Valley Farms in full. Wander the grounds, explore the newly refreshed estate, and enjoy a collection of thoughtfully prepared dishes from some of the region’s most talented chefs. Each offering highlights fresh, in-season ingredients grown right here on the farm, including spinach, radishes, onions, bok choy, baby leeks, cilantro, collards, and greens. Throughout the evening, guests will enjoy live music by the Zech Dallas Band, a welcoming atmosphere across the property, and opportunities to experience the farm from new perspectives.

Helicopter Tours with Elite Helicopters - $45: Take in Happy Valley Farms from above with a scenic flight to Lula Lake.
