Taste of Downtown Holland Overview

Don’t miss the first ever Taste of Downtown Holland Fundraiser on Friday, September 12 at Warehouse 6! At this ticketed event, attendees will be invited to indulge in small plates and desserts from a selection of your favorite Downtown Holland establishments, all while enjoying live music, a silent auction, local beer, wine, and more! All proceeds from the fundraiser benefit Downtown Holland.

Taste of Downtown Holland attendees can choose between an early evening ticket (5:00 pm – 7:00 pm) or a late ticket (7:00 pm – 9:00 pm). Only 300 total tickets are available for the event. Tickets are $100 per person and include small plates and desserts, non-alcoholic beverages, and two drink tickets for those ages 21+ with proper ID. Additional drink tickets will also be available for purchase with a cash or card.

Be sure to check out the silent auction items on display as well, donated by your favorite Downtown Holland retailers and businesses! The Downtown Holland staff will contact the winning bidder for each auction item by phone or email on Monday, September 15. All auction items will be available for pick-up at the Downtown Holland offices inside the Holland Civic Center (150 West 8th Street) the week of September 15. Cash, check, and credit card will all be accepted for payment.

All proceeds from the Taste of Downtown Holland Fundraiser benefit the City of Holland’s Principal Shopping District (PSD) to support popular Downtown Holland events held for the entire community to enjoy, along with shopping and dining promotions that help our local Downtown Holland businesses thrive. The Taste of Downtown Holland replaces the former Up on the Rooftops event as the PSD’s largest fundraiser of the year. Taste of Downtown Holland Ticket Terms and Conditions:

• Taste of Downtown Holland is a 21+ up event. Proper ID is required for drink tickets.
• Tickets are non-refundable, but can be transferred to another individual. For assistance transferring your ticket, please contact us.
• Unfortunately, we are unable to accomodate specific dietary requests or restrictions and cannot guarantee that vegan, gluten-free, or allergen-free dishes will be served at the event.
• The list of participating businesses is subject to change.
• Business casual dress is recommended.

By attending the Taste of Downtown Holland, you agree to the following:

• Consent and Release for Story, Likeness, and Voice: I give permission to the City of Holland and the Downtown Principal Shopping District (collectively referred to as the “Organizations”) to use (including, but not limited to, taking photographs and making audio recordings or videos), without charge and without reservation, all or a portion of my story including my likeness and my voice in promoting these Organizations. I acknowledge that editorial changes may be made as deemed suitable by the Organizations. Whether or not changes are made, I waive any rights of action I may have and release the Organizations from any and all claims I may have arising from the use, publication, and changes in the content, including any rights to sue for defamation or violation of rights of privacy or rights of publicity.
• City of Holland Indemnity Clause: I agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the City of Holland and Principal Shopping District, and the directors, officers, employees, agents, attorneys, and volunteers of these entities from all claims, causes of action, liability, judgements, damages for property damage, personal injury, or death or otherwise, injunctions, or other obligations, or costs of any nature whatsoever, including but not limited to costs and attorney fees, in connection with any such damages suffered by the City of Holland or claims or the like made by or on behalf of anyindividual and/or entity and/or the individual’s and/or entity’s spouse, children, heirs, assigns, insurers, guarantors, officers, directors, agents, or persons or entities claiming by or through an individual and/or entity.
