A 4-part series that takes you on a culinary journey to learn about food habits and cultures with healthy swaps that will honor heritage and traditions.

Time: 1–2:30 p.m.

***Registration fee for 4-part series: $25

(includes course, class materials, and cuisine

demonstrations/hands-on cooking)
