You asked, and we're finally making it happen!
Before we close down our classroom kitchen for the summer heat, we're bringing back our popular Mi Cocina, Tu Cocina series with a special Costa Rican Cooking Class featuring Chef Rosa and Guest Lisette.
Join us for a fun, hands-on culinary experience as we create two refreshing Costa Rican favorites that are perfect for summer:
🐟 Fresh Costa Rican Ceviche
🍓 Tropical Fruit Cocktail Dessert
Learn tips, tricks, and techniques from Chef Rosa and Chef Lisette while working with fresh, locally sourced fish, tropical fruits, and a few surprise ingredients along the way. Best of all, you'll enjoy your creations and take home what you make!
