Tasmanian Whisky Week returns from 1 to 9 August 2026, with a nine-day programme of tastings, dinners and distillery experiences across the state, culminating in the Tasmanian Whisky Showcase at Princess Wharf No. 1, Hobart.Ahead of the week itself, we are bringing a considered selection of Tasmanian whisky to Adelaide for a preview evening.

The Venue
Spier & Wright on King William Road in Unley is a specialist whisky bar and bottle shop just south of Adelaide, founded by two friends with a shared obsession for single malt. The carefully curated backbar focuses on rare, limited, and hard-to-find drops, including a selection from the Scotch Malt Whisky Society.
