The Indian Association of Estonia (IAE) with the support of the City of Tartu is bringing the magic of Phagun right here to Tartu! Whether you’ve been in Estonia for years or just landed, come and feel at home with your community.
Let’s fill the Estonian sky with colors, laughter, and the beat of the dhol!

- Welcome Treats and Food: Start the day with a complimentary welcome drink, light snacks, and Indian food for every guest. 🥤🥟
- Street Food Vendors: If you want to explore more flavors, you can also purchase Indian street food from on site vendors serving popular delicacies.🍛
- Workshops and Performances: Enjoy a mix of cultural workshops and live performances throughout the event.
- The Beats: Our DJ will be spinning the best Bollywood, Bhangra, and Holi hits to keep you dancing all afternoon. 🎶
- The Colors: High-quality Holi colors will be provided to ensure we paint the town red (and blue, and green!). 🎨

Terms and Conditions:
- Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets are non-refundable once purchased.
- Ticket Transfers: Ticket transfers are possible, but the event organisers are not responsible for facilitating the transfer. Attendees may offer their tickets to fellow community members on their own.
- Venue Changes: In case of a change in the venue due to unforeseen circumstances, no refund will be issued.
- Event Cancellation: If the event is canceled due to unavoidable circumstances, a full refund will be issued.
- Entry Restrictions: Entry to the event will be granted only to those with a valid ticket.
- Photography and Video Consent: By attending the event, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes.
- Code of Conduct: Attendees are expected to follow the event's code of conduct, and disruptive behaviour may lead to removal from the event without a refund.
