TAROT SPELLS with Bel Senlle at The Haunted Bookshop

Borrowing components from Golden Dawn ritualistic proposals, Jungian active imagination, and Peter Carroll’s chaosphera as points of inspiration, we will go through a creative exploration of rituals through visual images, using Tarot as a unifying visual map.

Participants will be invited into practice across different topics: active imagination, protection, direction, amongst others. It is open to everyone interested in learning practical, ritualistic and creative tools they can incorporate into their tarot practice.

Program includes working with:

• The magical identity, consecrations, elemental magic & rituals for specific purposes

Open to practitioners of different backgrounds and readers of all levels.

About Bel Senlle

Bel Senlle is an Argentinian artist, tarot reader, and psychologist in training. Based in London, Bel has been invited to offer her experiences in Spain, Germany, Argentina, Chile, Uruguay, Brazil, Italy and the US. She works as a resident Tarot practitioner at the College of Psychic Studies and She’s Lost Control.

A creator of magical art, Bel's work focuses on making the invisible visible using different mediums to explore the intersectionality between art and ritual, visual magic and interpretation.  

Bel Senlle created her first tarot deck, Claridad, in Spanish in 2019. The English co-edition was published in 2023 by Watkins and distributed by Penguin Random House.
 
 Bel has been a guest speaker at different conferences and festivals such as the Congress of Tarot (Spain), Festival of Tarot (Los Angeles, CA), Tarot Conference UK (London) and HUWD (London). 
 She studied Visual Arts at Buenos Aires University and is studying Psychology at Goldsmiths, University of London. 

Part of her work includes hosting artistic-esoteric events such as classes or sessions for brands: some of her clients were Brits Awards 2023, Warner Music, the Royal Academy of Arts, H&M, & Other Stories, Monki, Astley Clarke, Fabric, Chelsea Fringe, Estelle Manor, and numerous private clients.
