In each class, we will take you through a tarot-focused guided meditation, along with Reiki and evidence-based, scientific stress reduction techniques. It’s woo-woo meets peer-reviewed!$25 per person

Talia (the PhD Pisces Rising) is a psychology PhD student who uses her knowledge of psychology and stress to bring you a well-rounded, guided meditation service that will have you refreshed and recharged for the week.
