Tarot for Self Care: Embracing your inner Empress

Inspired by the soft and nurturing energy of the Empress, this evening is an invitation to reassess, reflect and reconnect with yourself.

You’ll be guided through simple tarot spreads, reflective journaling, and a creative exercise to help you reconnect with your self-care practices for spring.

Whether you come alone or with friends, we'd love to see you.

Included in your booking:

• A short intro to the new season, the Empress and her relation to self-care and compassion.
• Working with the cards in an Empress themed spread and a 'Spring clean your self-care' spread and journaling about them.
• A 'create your own' affirmation card inspired by the tarot.
• A 2-card reading from Beth about the energy to embrace this spring and what to leave behind.

Things to bring with you:

• A pen and notebook/your favourite journal
• Tarot cards (if you have them but don't worry, they'll be provided)
