This is an open donation/free event that will support the space and continuous studies as a wellness practitioner and educator. Tidbits, drinks will be offered as well as yoga mats, and cushions to sit on the floor. Bring comfy clothes and a journal or notebook.
This event is welcome to all learning levels. Must be at least 13yo to attend, minors must be accompanied by an adult and notify to the trainer.
