Join us for a day of family fun and community spirit as we celebrate the magic of flight at the Tarneit Kite Festival.Enjoy the beauty of a sky filled with giant soaring and swooping kites. For those wanting to join the kite flying fun, you can fly your own, buy one on the day or purchase a DIY one to make on the day.
There will be live entertainment and food trucks, ensuring a perfect day out for the entire family. Bring your loved ones, book a date with friends, and savour everything this event has to offer.
This is a FREE Wyndham City event
Please note: Kites that use Manja Line string are strictly prohibited. Security will be checking kites before allowing them to be flown in the public kite flying zone.
There will be kites and DIY kite kits available for sale on the day, however stock is limited so please get down early to avoid disappointment!
