This is the process of releasing stuck tissue (Fascia) from specific areas in the body. Different areas are released each week.
DETAILS
AGE: 15 and up, under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
SKILL LEVEL: no skills necessary
WHAT WE PROVIDE: blocks, props, a thick yoga mat
WHAT TO BRING: wear comfortable clothing, water in a sealable non-breakable bottle is desired
CLASS OBJECTIVE: to release tight tissue, potentially resulting in improved range of motion and posture
