We invite you to embark on an enriching journey into parliamentary procedure through our virtual "Tar Heels Parliamentary Bootcamp" program, starting on Monday, January 20, 2025. This five-week course (ending Monday, February 17 2025), held every Monday at 7:00 p.m. EST, will empower you with a solid understanding of parliamentary essentials and is designed to prepare you for the National Association of Parliamentarians (NAP) Membership Exam.

For a registration fee of $25, you'll gain access to expert-led instruction from credentialed, dynamic Parliamentarians who bring knowledge and energy to every session. Your fee includes a copy of the "Robert's Rules of Order In Brief, 3rd Edition" to guide your learning. Over five weeks, we'll cover the essentials of parliamentary procedure, building your confidence and deepening your understanding of the material in preparation for the NAP exam. Upon completing the course, you can take the NAP membership exam virtually from the comfort of your home.
