Church Brew Works is hosting the annual Taps and Tapas event as part of its 30th Anniversary Celebration.
Taps and Tapas will be fun and informative and tasty! Sit on the altar with Matt the Brewer and enjoy a three-course tapas spread - each specially paired with a CBW draft beer sample - for only $25.00/person. Guests will pay at the conclusion of their meal. Talk as a group about each pairing, beer in general, the brewing process, or really anything.
Afterward, Taps and Tapas guests are invited to stay and eat dinner. We are happy to offer exclusive dinner specials along with written beer pairings -- sort of like a self-guided brewers dinner at your own speed. And Matt will stick around to make sure everyone's questions are answered.
The menu includes:
-Course 1
Bruschetta: housemade ricotta, pesto, marinated tomato salad
Beer Pairing: Hefeweizen
-Course 2
Cubano: roasted pork, baked ham, swiss cheese, mustard, pickles
Beer Pairing: Asteroid Ale
-Course 3
Shrimp and Grits: smoked gouda grits, cajun cream sauce
Beer Pairing: 30th Anniversary Ale, Quinoa Alt
