🐾 Taps & Tails: A Fundraiser for K9 Kane! 🍻
Mark your calendars! Join the West Milwaukee Police Department at Lion’s Tail Brewing Company for a fundraiser and mental health awareness event supporting our Therapy K9, Kane. 🦮
Kane and our Therapy K9 program are funded entirely on donations, both monetary and in-kind. Community generosity is what brought Kane to life, and it’s what will sustain his mission for years to come. Come out, show some love, and help us keep this vital program going!
📍 Event Details
* Where: Lion’s Tail Brewing Company (8520 W North Ave, Wauwatosa, WI)
* When: 12:00 PM – 7:00 PM
* Meet K9 Kane: 1:00 PM – 6:00 PM
🍺 Help support Kane! When you arrive, tell your bartender you’re there to support the Therapy K9 Program and you’ll receive a sticker to wear. A percentage of all sales from participating guests will be donated directly to support Kane. The more people who participate, the bigger the impact!
✨ Here’s what’s happening at Taps & Tails (updated lineup):
🐶 FREE Puppuccinos for your furry friends (while supplies last)
❤️ Milwaukee Area Domestic Animal Control Commission (MADACC) will have adoptable dogs on site looking for their forever homes
🍩 Cranky Al's is partnering with us to bring special donuts to the event - stay tuned for more donut news!
👕 K9 Kane merchandise will be available for purchase, including a special event Kane supporter shirt! Brought to you by our dispatcher, Witty Whit’s Design Shop LLC
🧠 Mental health resources & activities with the Southwest Suburban Health Department and community partners
