Join us for a musical journey with Max Found Two Sticks by Brian Pinkney! In this lively storytime, we’ll follow Max as he discovers the power of rhythm and sound. As we read, kids will explore the basics of music, including how quarter notes and eighth notes work, all while tapping out rhythms along with the story. Each child will receive their very own rhythm sticks to use during the program, giving them a hands-on opportunity to practice keeping the beat and creating their own musical sounds. It’s a fun and interactive way for kids to engage with music, rhythm, and the joy of making music with their own two sticks!
