Tapas & Tunes is a fun way to explore and discover new experiences while reconnecting with yourself, friends and loved ones. All proceeds benefit our nonprofit 1440 campus and our philanthropic work in support of creating hope for living well.
Time: 5:00-9:00 p.m.
Tapas & Tunes Schedule:
5:30-6:00 p.m.: Arrival and Registration
6:00-6:30 p.m.: Introductory Movement Class (ex: qigong, tai chi or tapping); please note that attendance at this learning element is required to participate in Tapas
6:30-8:00 p.m.: Kitchen Table Tapas Stations and Conversations with Chefs
6:30-9:00 p.m.: Live Music at Kitchen Table
Price: $125 per person; includes unlimited tapas and two tickets to the the sparkling wine and mocktail station. Additional no-host bar is available for beer, wine and sake cocktails.

• Miso Glazed Black Cod: Monterey Ogo Seaweed, Komatsuna, Caviar Butter Sauce
• Dry Age American Wagyu New York Striploin: Carrot Emulsion, Glazed Cipollini Onions, Black Garlic Mushroom Jus, Pomegranate Gel, Cordyceps Mushrooms
• Kumamoto Oysters: Liquid Nitrogen Lemon Mandarins, Spiced Cocktail Sauce, Big Sur Sea Grapes, Red Wine Mignonette
• Black Truffle and Beet Ravioli: Parsley Salsa Verde, Capers, Shaved Parmigiano Reggiano
• Passionfruit Mousse Heart: Strawberry Coulis, Pistachio Crumble, Candied Rose Petals, Chocolate Feather, Edible Gold Flakes

Event Notes:
• Guests may check into campus up to 30 minutes before the event starts to enjoy our Lodge Retail Shop, Bridge of Intentions and Common Grounds Patio.
• Attendance at the introductory class is required as a learning component to attend dinner.
• The introductory class is planned for indoors in a spacious venue; however, it may be moved outside if weather is favorable.
• Casual attire is acceptable for this event, and we recommend you bring a light jacket or layers as temperatures may be cooler beneath our redwood canopies.
• Reusable water bottles are welcome -- filtered water stations are available throughout campus.
• Kitchen Table offers ample indoor and outdoor seating, including outdoor covered seating options.
• This is an 18-and-over event.
Cancellation Policy: Participants may request a refund up to 7 days before the event. After this period, all sales are final. All proceeds from Community Learning Events support our 1440 philanthropic and volunteer efforts.
