Get ready to bring in the noise (and maybe some funk). Whether you’re dusting off your tap shoes or trying tap for the very first time, this all-levels workshop is a fun, energetic introduction to rhythm, musicality, and footwork. We’ll explore foundational tap techniques, build foot strength and stamina, and learn combinations that will help build confidence making your own music with your steps.
Shoes with taps are recommended, if you have them (or reach out if you need recommendations).
Danny started taking dance classes at age 2 and has been studying a variety of dance styles for most of his life since. He has a minor in Dance from Bucknell University and was a member of the Boston-based tap company Touché Taps from 2015 to 2019. A lover of rhythm and music, tap has always help a special place in his heart. He’s excited to share that passion in class.
