We're partnering with trail-running organization GOATZ to bring you this intro to corridor clearing at Tranquility Park! 🌿
The northern section of Tranquility Park remains open to the public — and this is your chance to get hands-on experience caring for the trails in our area. We'll be mowing, trimming, and tackling all the tasks that go into keeping trail corridors clear and safe.
Whether you're curious about volunteering or ready to dig in, we'd love to have you join us.
🛠️ TAP Education & Training
Volunteers will learn how to log hours, understand TAP expectations, and work effectively as a team — building real connection to and ownership of the trails you love.
The Trail Adoption Program (TAP) engages volunteers and local organizations as trail stewards. By adopting a section of community trail, participants help keep our shared spaces safe, enjoyable, and sustainable for everyone.
✅ No experience necessary! THOR will be on hand all morning to guide you through tool safety, basic maintenance techniques, and what to look for when caring for your adopted section. You'll be supported every step of the way.
We'll meet in the Kelly Softball Complex parking lot.
