Get ready to 'Tap In' to your fitness in 2026!! Join me for this FREE bootcamp at Big Grove, this year we’re taking over the ENTIRE tap room.
ALL CLASSES ARE BRING YOUR OWN MAT. All other equipment will be provided. Just bring yourself, a friend and get ready for some brewery fitness and a great time. No sign up required.
STAY after class for drinks! The bar will be open for class participants only.
Class Description:
Bootcamp:
It's an approachable and welcoming group fitness class led by Riley Coady a Certified Exercise Physiologist. Every class you will TAP IN to your potential with exercises that can be scaled for all fitness levels. Bootcamp is an interval training workout, with bursts of intense activity and lighter activity for rest. You will always get a blend of strength and cardio for a full body workout.
