Tap and Chat is a relaxed group session where you will be introduced to Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT tapping) – a simple yet powerful tool that helps calm the nervous system and release emotional stress.
In this supportive space you will learn how to use tapping to shift how you feel, while sharing a cuppa and connecting with others who may be feeling similar things.
You do not need any experience. Just come as you are. All are welcome.
