Meeting every Monday at 11:45 am, beginning Sept 9 & ending Dec 30. These hour long sessions build upon each other one week to the next.About this Event
During the weekly sessions we teach moves from our tai chi set of 108 movements. Come and experience the peace and calmness that our practice brings. Learn to relax, let go of worry, and be more mindful.
We are a non-profit organization and request donations to support our charitable purpose of making the Taoist Tai Chi Arts available to all.
