A breath centered practice, Tao Yin aims to revitalize and calm the mind and body by connecting with the elements of nature, fostering a sense of inner peace. Settling into each pose for extended periods raises self-awareness, creating space to increase flexibility, mobility, release tension and balance our body’s life force energy.
