Tao Vibration Class Hosted at IVY

This mind-body harmonization class originates from SunDo, a Taoist health practice from Korea, that combines deep meridian stretching, breath work, body tapping, and Qi or Chi energy circulation.

This is a class unlike any other yoga or mindful movement class, in that through its unique style of movement and flow, you can access your "Zero-Point", a place where you can experience your true essence, free from thoughts and emotions and simply feel your energy. This class is an excellent way to de-stress, release heavy and stagnant energy from your mind and body, while learning ancient holistic practices that have been used for centuries to heal the mind, body, and spirit.

This class is open to everyone as movement is easily adaptable to all levels of fitness and flexibility.What to Expect:Let's not create limitations of what you may experience but here are a few words to spark your interests:Movement, Expression, Breath, Release, Fun, Dance, Energy, Healing, Joy, Empowerment, Oneness.

Please wear comfortable clothes to move in freely, a yoga mat, a cushion (if needed for mediation), and water.

In 2013 Mané began exploring yoga, mindfulness, and holistic wellness as a way to heal from trauma and depression. Soon after she discovered SunDo, a Taoist based health and healing practice from Korea. Through these specific physical and spiritual practices, she transformed her health and experience of life. Since then, she has passionately continued to train, practice, and teach these ancient methods of self-healing and spiritual growth in NYC and Charleston.
