Introduction to Tantra
No previous experience is needed. You are welcome exactly as you are.
Have you ever been curious about tantra but not known where to begin?
This workshop offers a gentle introduction to what tantra is, where it comes from, and how tantric practice can look today.
Rather than focusing only on theory, you'll be invited to experience tantra through simple and accessible exercises. We begin with practices focused on yourself and gradually move into exercises where you can interact with others while exploring your own inner experience. All exercises are non physical.
Everything is an invitation. Nothing is ever obligatory, and you are always welcome to simply observe, take a break, or leave the room whenever you wish.
Throughout the evening there will be plenty of space for questions, whether you're completely new to tantra or simply curious to deepen your understanding.
We will finish with practical guidance for anyone who wishes to continue exploring tantra, including how to navigate the many different approaches, what to be mindful of, and how to find a path that feels right for you.
