Tantric Pulsation Breathwork – AdvancedThis is a course you can take after completing the Tantric Pulsation Breathwork Training or similar trainings within breathwork, Tantra or other somatic personal development courses.
Finally the time has come for this training which has been very much in demand by all who have attended the basic course over the years!
It will take place over two weekends, delving into the role of the space holder, both in individual sessions and as a group facilitator of Tantric Pulsation Breathwork or similar methods, focused on deep personal development through somatic exercises.
As in the basic course, the foundation will be from experiencing breathwork, bio-energetics and dearmouring together with others, taking turns in holding space for someone else and to go into the breathwork session yourself.
The main difference from the basic course is that we will focus more on the role of the space holder and different aspects of that role. We will also include aspects around group work and how to be a confident facilitator for both individuals and groups. There will also be space for more advanced tantric exercises in pairs and in the whole group.
It will include breathwork sessions that are not included in the basic course, such as:
Generational wounds - What are you carrying with you from past generations in your family that can be healed?
Deep birth session - Experience your own birth through breath. Advanced version.
First chakra exploration - Primal exploration of the first chakra
Chakra loop session - We explore each chakra and the link between them
Personal development - As a space holder
Apart from the breathwork sessions we will also include coaching and mirroring sessions where you will be mirrored in areas where you have your strengths but also coached and challenged on areas where you can expand. What parts of you are you hiding? How can you step up to the plate and take the space that you deserve?
We will also have sharings in smaller groups and in the big circle where there will be an opportunity to show yourself in your truth and vulnerability. Maybe you want to make a declaration of what you want to invite in your life now and what you want to let go of?
The role as a session giver
We will also cover different aspects on the role of the session giver;
What different states I can be in and how does that affect the client and the session. What can I do to alter my own state?
How do I prepare myself for a session?
The importance of self care for space holders - different techniques
The wounded healer - what areas are triggers for your own wounds and how to face that
How to create a safe space
As a facilitating team, we will share skills and methodology for creating a safe space, both for individual sessions and in group work. There will be opportunities for practicing here.
Group dynamics
How can we deal with tensions in the group and group dynamics? How can we use the group energy to move forward and go deeper? How can we address different energies in an effective way?
Bio energetics - How to use somatic exercises in sessions.
This is an important part of preparing for breathwork sessions and can play an important part as a tool for clients who are mentally strong but don´t have a good connection to their bodies.
Tantric Pulsation - What is it really?
How can we facilitate pulsation in the body? What happens in the body?
Dearmouring in Pulsation
We will be sharing different areas of the body to work more directly on through pressure, energy and sound. The aim here is to help the body to relax so that tension can be released.
Verbal techniques
We will show you ways of how to use phrases or words, through questions or soft statements in order to facilitate deeper contact and emotional release.
Practice sessions
One part of this training will be to do practice sessions where you implement some of the methods that we will go through. We will discuss experiences from those sessions during the second weekend.
Marketing strategies
How do I reach out to customers? We will share some basic ideas.
Energy in sessions
We will cover how to use your own energy in sessions but also how to work when you face different types of energy in clients or groups
Qualifications
This course is for people who have completed Tantric Pulsation Breathwork Training or have done other trainings that are similar. You need to have experience from personal development and somatic work in some form and to have a focus on space holding. When registering, please describe your previous experience and training.
Dates and times:
8-9 November, 10-20 on Saturday and 09 to 19 on Sunday
17-18 January, same times as above.
Location:
NIA Movement Center, Nordostpassagen 55
Price: Early bird: 5500 SEK, until the 30th of September.
Regular: 6300 SEK. The price includes both weekends.
You arrange your own accommodation and food.
