🌿 About Ramesh Bjonnes
Ramesh Bjonnes has dedicated over 40 years to practicing and teaching traditional Tantric yoga. Born in Norway, he traveled to India and Nepal in his 20s to study with masters of Tantric yoga. He is the co-founder of the Prama Institute in the USA, a holistic retreat center, and author of three books on yoga:

Tantra: The Yoga of Love and Awakening
A Brief History of Yoga
Ramesh is also one of the teachers on the faculty of embodiedphilosophy.com
🌿 About Massimo Barberi
Massimo practices yoga since 1991, he has worked as a professional yoga teacher for over 25 years (in Italy and in Norway). He has studied the Indian philosophies and the Yoga traditions both academically and practically, learning the traditional Hatha Yoga, Raja Yoga and Tantra Yoga under the teaching of Indian swamis (traditional yoga monks) and participating to the Yoga Educators trainings of the institute AMAYE.
He is also a certified Ayurveda therapist, and a certified instructor in Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra, and Trauma-Informed Yoga.
He is the author of the books "Inside Yoga" and "Symbiosis", and as a musician he published 5 albums of ambient music for yoga and relaxation.
