Dieses Wochenende führt dich tief in die Welt der achtsamen Berührung deiner sensibelsten Bereiche. Das kann auf der körperlichen, emotionalen oder der energetischen Ebene geschehen – im Optimalfall genießt du die Berührung auf allen drei Ebenen gleichzeitig. Dieses Begegnungs-Wochenende ist eine Einladung, Kontakt auf neue Weise zu erleben: nicht als Mittel zum Zweck, sondern als Weg ins Miteinander – jeder für sich im intensiven Spüren und doch verbunden. So fühlt es sich an, zur Essenz zurückzukehren – in den Raum voller Frieden, der in jedem von uns wohnt.
Lass dich inspirieren von alten geheimen tantrischen Berührungspraktiken aus Südindien, Tibet und Kashmir – mit Ritualen, die den Körper ehren, das Herz öffnen und dich mit deinem innersten Wesen in Kontakt bringen. Dich tief in die Entspanntheit hereinfallen zu lassen, auch dann, wenn die Lebensenergie spürbar im Körper zu vibrieren beginnt, das ist die wahre tantrische Kunst, die du an diesem Wochenende entstehen lassen darfst.
Wir nehmen uns Zeit für Begegnung und echte Nähe jenseits der Worte, für Momente, in denen du spüren kannst: Ich bin gemeint. Ich bin willkommen. Ich darf berühren – und berührt werden – auf eine Weise, die nährt statt fordert, öffnet statt überfordert.
Viele der Rituale, mit denen wir arbeiten, stammen aus Regionen, in denen die Trennung zwischen Körper und Seele nie wirklich existiert hat. Wir erinnern uns daran, den Körper als heiligen Tempel wahrzunehmen– und jede bewusste Berührung als Gebet.

Unsere Empfehlung: Nimm dir die Zeit, diese wundervolle Gegend ausgiebig zu erkunden. Es gibt in diesem von den Kelten und Römern geprägten magischen Wald so vieles zu entdecken!
Auch ohne das Seminargelände zu verlassen, kannst du die Seminarpausen nutzen, um den atemberaubenden Ausblick rund um Iggelbach zu genießen und, je nach Jahreszeit, im Naturschwimmteich oder in der Sauna zu entspannen.

This is what Tantric Connection – Deep Encounters with Yourself and Others is all about
This weekend takes you into the world of mindful touching of your most sensitive areas. This can happen on a physical, emotional or energetic level – ideally, you will enjoy touch on all three levels at the same time. This weekend of encounters is an invitation to experience contact in a new way: not as a means to an end, but as a path to togetherness – each of us for themselves and yet connected, allowing “feeling everything” to be your bridge towards connection. This is how it is possible to return to the essence – into this space full of peace that dwells within each of us.
Let yourself be inspired by ancient secret tantric touch practices from South India, Tibet and Kashmir – with rituals that honour the body, open the heart and bring you into contact with your innermost being. Allowing yourself to fall deeply into relaxation, even when the life energy begins to vibrate perceptibly in your body, is the true tantric art that you will be invited to practice during the weekend.
We take time for encounters and genuine intimacy beyond words, for moments in which you can feel: It’s about me. I am welcome. I can touch – and be touched – in a way that nourishes rather than demands, opens rather than overwhelms.
Many of the rituals we work with come from regions where the separation between body and soul never really existed. We remember to perceive the body as a sacred temple – and conscious touch as a prayer.

In 2026, Tantric Awakening will take place at the SandsteinHof seminar house in the Palatinate Forest near Elmstein – a place of longing that makes it easy to slow down. Our recommendation: take the time to explore this wonderful area extensively. There is so much to discover in this magical forest imprinted by the Celts and Romans!
Even without leaving the seminar grounds, you can use the seminar breaks to enjoy the breathtaking views around Iggelbach and, depending on the season, relax in the natural swimming pond or sauna.
