Tantra is not about renunciation but about living fully. Rooted in the wisdom of Kashmir Shaivism and illuminated by Osho’s meditations, this 3-hour workshop is an invitation to discover tantra yoga as a living path of freedom, love, and awareness.
In this immersion you will experience:
• Core insights from the tantric wisdom of Kashmir Shaivism
• Osho-inspired meditations that release blocked energy and awaken joy
• Breath, sound, and subtle movement practices to open awareness
• Exploration of spanda — the pulsation of life energy
• A taste of effortless meditation: resting in your natural state
No prior experience with tantra or yoga is needed, only openness and curiosity.
