Join Michelle Alva, Transformational Intimacy Guide, for a journey to revitalize the joy, connection, and healthy sexual energy between yourself and your partner.

There’s nothing more precious or powerful in life than true intimacy and mind-body-spirit connection with ourselves and those we love.

Unfortunately the stresses and traumas of everyday life get in the way of this transformational intimacy.

Thankfully there are ancient practices to re-establish this connection, and modern science has proven them.

For centuries in the east, Tantra has been the path to liberation from fear, shame, guilt and isolation.Despite modern taboos or pre-conceived notions, Tantra is about so much more than sex. It’s about reconnecting with your own source of unconditional LOVE.

Practicing tantra teaches us to embody and experience the divine within us all. We get to experience ourselves beyond the physical, tantra teaches us to feel, and experience the energetic, ecstatic nature.

Once connected in compassion and acceptance, you can share that gift with others and experience the BLISS of Divine Union through loving intimacy.

Tantric practices teach us how to feel fully alive, with a heightened sense of pleasure and self-awareness. When we awaken to the healing power of our own intimacy and being available to all our sensations and emotions. We also get to experience the gifts of sacred sexuality, and our intuitive intelligence.

During this one of a kind experience, Michelle will guide you through expansive tantric breathing, ecstatic movement, conscious touch, authentic communication, and intentional meditative experiences.

Class will close with a soothing sound experience that includes drumming, sound bowls, Native American flutes, and other instruments.Important note: all classes are fully clothed, all touch has mutual consensual agreements, and is based in authentic communication.

Aphrodisiac and Intimacy Essential Oils will be included to bring a heightened sense to each practice.

These monthly sessions will have different themes every month in order to explore the various aspects of Tantra, ancient intimacy practices, and the modern science of love.Classes are designed for partners, friends, couples, or singles who bring a friend.

Michelle Alva has a background in Physical Therapy-womens health and pelvic floor for over 29 years. She has specialized training and certified in NLP (Neurolinguistic Programming), Hypnosis, PSYCH-K®, Tantra, Integrative Yoga Therapy, and Goddess Dancing® Belly Dance.

Michelle integrates her background in sound healing and sacred singing.

She has created over 120 meditations she offers as a resource for men, women, and couples in her You Tube Channel MichelleAlvaTV and has been guided to create the ALVA Method approach (Stands for Amplify Love, Vibrate Abundance).
