The world of relating is complicated, messy and often transactional.How do I navigate my heart when meeting someone new? How do I balance my desires with my boundaries and needs? How can I show up in an authentic way?

This workshop helps you navigate your own inner world, communicate your desires, boundaries & needs and gives you tools to decide if a connection is in alignment with your relational desires. We will use games and connection exercises to drop into the heart, listen with curiosity and express ourselves with clarity.

This workshop is geared towards singles and people navigating the beginning of relational connection with others. The tools you learn will help you clarify your own desires, and help you to discern who is a good match for you.

Please wear comfortable clothing and bring a water bottle and open heart.

Stephanie is a Tantric healer, artist and emotional activator.

She works with groups, couples and individuals to release emotional trauma, shift old patterns and step into a more expansive life filled with joy, pleasure and abundance.

Stephanie believes in the power of vulnerability, communication and emotional alchemy and supports others in facing their shadows, exploring their edges, and thriving in their being through radical self acceptance.
