What to Expect

This is a fully clothed, respectful space where couples can learn, reflect, and practice new tools together.
Expect a mix of teaching, guided partner exercises, and light movement and meditation, all in a safe, welcoming, and gently facilitated container.

You don’t need any prior experience, just openness, curiosity, and a willingness to explore together.

Important Notes:

- No Nudity: All activities are clothes-on and always optional.

- We will provide refreshments and snacks halfway through the event

- What to Bring: A refillable water bottle, comfortable clothes for movement, and a blanket to sit/lay on. Seating will be on the floor with small pillows provided.

- Please Avoid: Strong fragrances or essential oils, as some participants may be allergic.
